Hello, this depends on the method you used to purchase the challenge account. If the payment was made via deduction from your DP Wallet, the refund will be returned to your DP Wallet within 1–2 business days. If the payment was made via credit card channels such as Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, UnionPay, or JCB, the refund will be processed back to your card through Stripe within 10 business days. Thank you.
